Chef Thierry
...you can pronounce " T-Eh-Ree" or easier : Terry!

Born and raised in France, I grew up in the family kitchen, tasting my grandmother's cooking and preparing meals, where dinner for 20 or more people was the norm. My father also passed on to me his passion for Mediterranean food.

After graduating high school, I chose business studies and hold a Marketing and Communication Degree from the University of Montpellier, in the South of France.

I co-owned and managed a Public Relation company for 10 years, while creating and managing 4 locations of a restaurant group in Montpellier. And more than once, I helped the cooks in the kitchen.

I then joined a Travel Film Production company for 5 years, and produced short films for the promotion of the Mediterranean Food Culture. My passion for it grew again.

I decided to radically change my life by moving to New York City in 2007, joining friends in operating an upscale French catering business. Finally, I could immerse myself in the culinary arts full-time, and perfect my knowledge and techniques along with other great French chefs.

In 2010, I became a freelance chef for this company.

In 2014, I also strengthened my abilities about event organization, service, crew management and precision in timing by acting as a full time Director of Catering for the world-renowned Rockefeller University in NYC.

I moved back to France in 2018 and managed a winery in the Pic St Loup Area (Montpellier), improving my knowledge of wines, grapes, and food pairing. Then opened a restaurant in the countryside, which specialized in wood-fired cuisine.

I'm now offering my talent to delight you with this delicious food at home, in the Nice Cote d'Azur / French Riviera area. Enjoy the visit, and prepare your taste buds!
